At TMJ, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our updated return policy below:

Returns: Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, any item returned more than 30 days after delivery may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact your credit card company. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at tmj_56@hotmail.com and send your item to: 356 Victoria Street, Melbourne, Victoria, AU 3121.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
