We ship orders from Theodore Men’s Jewellery, 587 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141, Australia.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking details to the email address supplied at checkout. During sales, public holidays and other busy periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping is complimentary for orders over AUD $150.
Standard shipping for orders of AUD $150 or less is AUD $9.
Express shipping is available for AUD $14.

The shipping service, price and estimated delivery window shown at checkout are authoritative and may vary by destination or order. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed.

International shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations, generally from AUD $30. The rate and available service shown at checkout are authoritative. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country, unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Tracking and delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Some deliveries may require a signature. Tracking events and delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and can be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Delays, loss or damage

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or your parcel arrives damaged, email info@theodoremensjewellery.com with your order number and relevant photographs. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the next step.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Click and collect

If collection is offered at checkout, wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store. Bring your order confirmation and identification.
