Eligible change-of-mind purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase when they are unused, unworn, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email info@theodoremensjewellery.com with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.
